Resignation letter is the letter given to a company by an employee to the employer or the reporting boss notifying them that person will be discontinuing with the company.
Resignation letter is proposed to give minimum two or four week before so that the company can search for the other candidate for the required position.
The notice period depends on the company policies it can be from one month to maximum three months. It official announce that employee is resigning and give the final date of resignation. It contain personnel file that demonstrate the date of joining and employment ending.
